Several People Are Injured After Car 'Intentionally Ploughs Into Cyclists At 50mph'
Westminster is completely sealed off today after a car travelling at up to 50mph struck two pedestrians and ploughed into barriers installed to stop terror attacks outside the Houses of Parliament.
A man, described as being black and wearing a puffa coat, was pulled from the smoking silver vehicle by around a dozen armed officers who had their rifles trained on him following the rush hour smash.
