VIDEO....Kokrokoo Charities Donates Two Incubators To TGH
Kokrokoo Charities Foundation has donated two incubators to the Tema General Hospital on Monday, September 17, 2018.
The team led by the 2016 GJA Journalist of the Year and Host of Peace FM's Flagship programme "Kokrokoo" Kwami Sefa Kayi gave the incubators estimated at $20000 to the management of the hospital as part of its objectives to save preterm babies.
Mr. Sefa Kayi and his production team have over the past few months, been installing incubators at various hospitals under its "Project 100 incubators" aimed at purchasing a total of 100 incubators for health facilities across the nation.
The presentation to the Tema General Hospital is the 17th incubator that the team has so far given out since the dream begun in 2015.
Two weeks ago, Kokrokoo Charities Foundation was in Takoradi, where they installed two incubators (the 14th & 15th), to the Effia-Nkwanta Hospital in Sekondi.
The vision of this project is to reduce the mortality rate of children born prematurely or before 37 weeks of pregnancy.
