I don’t know how others see him but for me Chief Biney is the best person for the Deputy National Organiser position.
Even his critics and opponents cannot deny his extraordinary leadership qualities and his intentions for NDC’s development, and he has proved his mettle in a number of tough conditions. He keeps all nerves cool and all hearts at ease whenever he appears on Radio and Television programmes.
I am yet to meet him personally but will always vouch for his competence, courage, toughness of mind and intelligence based on what I have seen him display on radio and on television. He is one person the NPP feel very uncomfortable dealing with and we see that uneasiness whenever he appears on Radio and Television programmes.

The NDC needs efficient hands to move the party to the targeted level. We need people who cannot be compromised or manipulated by our opponents. A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and show the way…and that is Chief Biney.
