Speaking on Adom TV’s Badwam Show on Thursday, Baba Jamal described as alarming the increasing crime rate in the country.

“The crime we are facing now is alien to our system talk of the highway robbery, contract killings and the most recent kidnapping. Let’s not politicize the issues because it can happen to anybody.”

However, Mr. Jamal said it is the responsibility of government ensuring security the country.

“We need to tell them to up their game in the security front as they promised in their manifesto because the opposition is to criticize especially when it comes to issues of national interest and that is exactly what the National Democratic Congress (NDC) is doing.”
