I Was Sad When I Saw Late Agyarko’s Children At NPP 'Campaign Health Walk' - Pratt

Seasoned journalist, Kwesi Pratt Jnr., has slammed the New Patriotic Party (NPP) for using children of the late Member of Parliament for Ayawaso West Wuogon, Emmanuel Kyeremateng Agyarko, to seek political advantage.

The NPP embarked on a sensitization health walk on Saturday, January 19, 2019 to garner support for the party's Parliamentary Candidate, Madam Lydia Seyram Alhassan, ahead of the impending bye-election fixed for Thursday, January 31st.

Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, party executives, members and supporters participated in the walk on the principal streets of the constituency together with Madam Seyram Alhassan and the children of the late MP.

Contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM's 'kokrokoo' programme, Kwesi Pratt expressed concern over the party's inclusion of the children in the health walk.

“Frankly, it really saddened me when I saw Hon. Agyarko’s children during the event. It’s in bad taste . . . it was in very bad taste," he told the host Kwami Sefa Kayi.
