It's Disrespectful For NDC To Say NPP Lied To Gain Power – NPP Communication Team Member

The New Patriotic Party’s [NPP] communication team member, Eric Amoako Twum has cautioned members of the largest opposition party [NDC] to distance themselves from speculating falsehood against the party in power just to keep their cottage clean for the 2020 elections.

“It is disrespectful for the NDC to say NPP lied to gain power when their performance then in government gave them the red light for them to leave office . . .," he said.

To him, President Akufo-Addo has shown confidence in the economy based on his good governance skills that have lured lot of foreign investors to keep coming to invest in Ghana.

Speaking on UTV’s ‘Adekye Nsroma’ newspaper discussion programme, Eric Amoako Twum enlightened citizens on reasons why government is dragging its feet to commission some past projects.

“It is never true that government have refused continuing projects started by the previous government or refusing to commission some completed projects. The problem is that there are some key issues that need to be resolved and well looked at before commissioning of some projects under the previous government takes place,” he explained.
