The Accra Fast Track High Court has thrown out a suit brought before it by lawyers for Member of Parliament (MP) for Ningo-Prampram, Hon. Enoch Tei Mensah.
Hon. E. T. Mensah is suing the Daily Guide newspaper and its publishers and �Akosua�, publisher of a cartoon on the front page of the paper for defaming his person. The cartoon, according to E. T. Mensah, depicted him as a sheep. The MP has recently been designated by the President for the Ministry of Social Welfare and employment.
