Sammi Awuku, Nana B Et al Engages Party Faithful In Northern Region 

The National Executives of the  ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) has met and engage party faithful and the leadership in the 5 Northern Regions to strategize for election 2020.

The team lead by the National organizer, Sammi Awuku who was accompanied by the National Youth Organizer, Henry Nana Boakye , the National Women’s Organizer, Madam Kate Gyamfua, the National Nasara Coordinator, Abdul Aziz Haruna Futa and the two deputy youth organizers  began a tour of the Region, beginning from Sawla-Tuna-Kalba and Bole-Bamboi constituencies.

According to the team, they met with the leadership of the Northern Region to equip the various vibrant groups within the party, the regional and constituency organizers as well as party faithful with the requisite expertise on how to prosecute an effective campaign during the 2020 elections and campaign season.

They said the spirit exhibited by party leaders was awesome with a great sense of Commitment for the task ahead in 2020.

Mr. Awuku speaking in one of the constituency described the atmosphere in the region as a smack of absolute determination and commitment by the teaming party leadership and members to work hard for a convincing victory 2020.

He admonished party leadership and faithfuls not to be complacent in the 2020 general election as party leadership at the national level is ready to work earnestly to retain political power.

He promised to continue touching base with grass root to strengthen their effort and consolidate their gains in the 3 northern regions in other to retain power.

“2020 elections won't be a walk in the park for the NPP…...we are going to work times two of what we did in 2016,” he stressed.

Some of the places the team visited includes Sawla-Tuna-Kalba, Bole-Bamboi, Wa east, Wa West, Wa Central, Nadowli kaleo, DBI constituencies, TESCON members from Jahans training college, Wa UDS, Hilla liman Technical University and Wa nursing training college.
