Former Bantama constituency Member of Parliament [MP], Lawyer Henry Kwabena Kokofu has said it is a serious indictment on the judiciary for members of the NDC to say that Samuel Ofosu-Ampofo and Kweku Boahen’s court case is a deliberate political intimidation on their party.

According to him, the Judiciary is one that needs to be respected and not politicized in any manner like the NDC wants to create the impression, even to the extent of rubbishing the case before proceedings begin in court.

“I am very glad the rule of law is working on matters of such nature to check the words we bring out of our mouth and as well our daily activities,” he said.

“Indeed I am very glad that the rule of law binding the state is working appropriately in recent days to keep the nation in shape,” he stressed on Adom FM’s ‘Mpensenpensenmu’ programme.
