Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have welcomed their fourth child via surrogate. 

Announcing the happy news on Friday, the couple, who are already parents to daughter North, five, son Saint, three, and daughter Chicago, 15 months, revealed they are parents again following a long labour. 

'He's here and he's perfect,' the beauty tweeted. Minutes later she added, 'He’s also Chicago’s twin lol I’m sure he will change a lot but now he looks just like her.'

This comes after 38-year-old Kim's sister Kourtney, 40, surprised their mum Kris, 63, with the news that the surrogate was in labour with the child during an appearance on The Ellen Show on Thursday, much to the delight of the family matriarch.
