Ronaldo Warns Manchester

Cristiano Ronaldo has warned former team Manchester United not to underestimate Milan when the two giants meet on Tuesday night in the Champions League. The first leg of the last 16 tie sees the European giants meet head on in a showdown tie. English and Spanish teams are among the favourites, but Ronaldo believes the Italian sides will cause some upsets. "The final in Madrid is an obsession, but watch out for the Italian teams," he told La Gazzetta dello Sport. "Manchester United have something more than Milan, but only on paper. On the pitch Milan are really hard." The other Anglo-Italian clash pits Chelsea against Inter. "Even for Inter-Chelsea the chances here are 50-50," he added. Ronaldo, who became the world's most expensive signing when he joined Real Madrid last summer, spared a few words for team-mate and former Milan hero Kaka. "Now that his physical problems have been overcome and he feels better we have started to see his major qualities," he concluded.
