Government must take bold initiative against corruption- Dr Tetteh

Dr Lawrence Tetteh, a Ghanaian international evangelist has called on the government to enhance the living conditions of Ghanaians to prevent workers from depending on tips and other incentives to meet their daily needs. He said the Church must also join the crusade against corruption by ensuring that sanity prevailed in society for every one to go about his or her duties without being coerced by any one to dole out money or material possessions to attain what is due him or her. Dr Tetteh made the call in an interview with the Ghana News Agency in Accra, to run off the "Ghana for Christ Crusade." He said members of the Executive should promote peace and justice in Godliness to facilitate the development agenda of the nation. The Evangelist observed that Ghana could make meaningful progress if the people promote righteousness and do not underestimate the power of prayer. "It is God who builds a nation and not man and God will definitely heal the land if the people become spiritually matured. "Any nation that depends on God chalks success. It is righteousness that rules a nation so let us promote cleanliness, hardwork, selflessness and eschew greediness"
