The Member of Parliament for Lower Manya constituency, Ebenezer Tei Larbi has bemoaned the 'unfair' treatment being meted out to his constituents by the Power Distribution Services (PDS).

According to him, even if residents of Manya Krobo have done something wrong, the PDS should have found a better way of going about it instead of disconnecting their power without any warning.

Meanwhile, reports indicate that the police have arrested residents who were preventing the staff of PDS from doing their work.
