Chaos @ Harbour...MPS Springs Up Tariff Increment On GPHA, Freight Forwarders, Others
Freight Forwarders, Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority (GPHA) and other groups are up in arms with the Meridian Port Services (MPS), over an increase in port charges at its new terminal.
