Whether Seidu Mba Is NPP or NDC, He Must Face The Law - Sam Pyne
The Ashanti Regional Secretary of the ruling New Patriotic Party [NPP], Sam Pyne is calling for a severe punishment on Seidu Mba, an alleged kidnapper of two Canadian girls in the Ashanti Region.
According to him, irrespective of the political party the suspect is affiliated to, he must face the wrath of the law.
“If Seidu is NPP or NDC, the law must deal with him,” he said in an interview with NEAT FM’s morning show 'Ghana Montie'.
Seidu Mba is believed to be the mastermind behind the kidnappings of the girls who went missing for some time now.
A statement by government from the Information Minister, Kojo Oppong Nkrumah in the early hours of Wednesday morning revealed the girls have been rescued with further investigations ongoing.
However, some members of the NDC have said the kidnapper is a staunch member of the ruling party – an allegation Sam Pyne said is “untrue.”
