An 81-year-old woman who liked to sunbathe in her garden in a two-piece bikini was banned with a 'nuisance notice' - a new style ASBO.
Kay Crane was threatened with court if she continued to wear the swimsuit on her property, which is next to a nursery.
The order has been revealed in Freedom of Information requests which showed that 20,000 nuisance notices have been handed out by councils since 2014, reports the Telegraph .
