For whatever reason Graphic.com.gh prior to the 2019 BET Awards published that Ghanaian television personality and actress, Haillie Sumney has been selected to host the red carpet of the well-organised awards ceremony.

Those who have cultivated the habit of concluding a news article based on the headline deceived themselves that Haillie Sumney was actually going to host 2019 BET Awards red carpet ─ but that wasn’t the case.

Haillie Sumney told Graphic Showbiz that, 4Syte TV was officially invited by BET Awards organisers to cover the red carpet session and since she had proved her worth at the television station, she was selected as the host for 4Syte TV’s BET Awards red carpet.

The 2019 BET Awards came off Sunday, June 23, 2019, at the Microsoft Theatre, Los Angeles and since GhanaCelebrities.com ─ your number one gossip blog published news about Haillie Sumney hosting 2019 BET red carpet prior to its organisation, we decided to check on Haillie Sumney’s Instagram page as well as 4Syte TV’s official Instagram page to see if she indeed performed some red carpet hosting roles as it was reported earlier.

But to our shock, there isn’t a single photo or video on the Instagram page of 4Syte TV showing that Haillie Sumney was indeed the red carpet host for 4Syte TV at the 2019 BET Awards, what HAPPENED?

According to checks on 4Syte TV’s Instagram page, their red carpet hosts for the 2019 BET Awards were DJ Millz with username @djmillzgh and wardrobe stylist, Ariana Soleil─ so what was the fuse about Haillie Sumney being selected as red carpet host for 4Syte TV at 2019 BET Award?

Even though Haillie Sumney was present at the 2019 BET Awards but from all the videos and photos on 4Syte TV’s Instagram page, there is nothing on there indicating that she was their red carpet host for the well-organised Awards show.

Perhaps she was there to supervise Ariana Soleil and DJ Millz whose names were never mentioned in the viral article, “Ghanaian TV personality to host 2019 BET Awards red carpet”.
