Muntari To Play In Ghana's Next Game

Inter Milan midfielder Sulley Muntari will be invited for Ghanas next match after meeting coach Milovan Rajevac over his conduct in camp, Ghanasoccernet can exclusively reveal. The Serbian trainer met the enforcer in Milan on Wednesday for more than two hours to discuss issues that led to Muntaris exclusion from the Africa Cup of Nations. The meeting was highly successful with Muntari once again issuing a grovelling apology over his recent problems with the team and assured the coach of his commitment to the Black Stars. The coach assured Muntari of a place in Ghanas squad for their next game which will be next month in an international friendly with a yet to be announced opponent. I had a very fruitful meeting with my coach who is also like my father. I apologised to him once again and reassured him that I am committed to Ghana, Muntari told Ghanasoccernet exclusively. The coach was happy with my sincerity and assured me that I am back with my national team colleagues from the next game. I am very very happy to be going back to the team I am will do everything to help my country Ghana. The left-footer was dropped from the Ghana squad following his absence from camp without permission ahead of an international friendly against Angola last December. The Serbian tactician followed up with him in his Italian base but Muntari failed to meet his boss to clarify the issue. His absence was barely felt as the Black Stars, who were without several of their other star names through injury, finished runners-up behind Egypt.
