The Customs Dvision of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has officially cleared Stable Logistics Company Ltd. to operate after the company was mistakenly accused of falsifying the port of loading documents from other countries.

The GRA, after a thorough investigation by its unit, admitted that Stable Logistics Company Ltd had never engaged in any fraudulent operations whatsoever. 

In a statement sighted by Peacefmonline.com and signed by the Legal Department of GRA indicates that Stable Logistics must be allowed to operate with immediate effect.

“According to the facts of the case and provisions of the law both from the Act and the enabling L.I, as enumerated in the opinion, the offender must be punished. The offender in this circumstance is Too Smart enterprise, not Stable Logistics Company Limited. As a result, it is submitted that the licence of table Logistics Company Limited be restored to them, to enable them operate," the statement read.
