"Nana Addo Is A Covenant Keeping Prez"...! - Nana B
National Youth Organiser of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Henry Nana Boakye aka Nana B, has instituted a press conference series dubbed the "Youth Must Know", a platform which seeks to educate and inform the Youth of this country on the achievements of the Nana Addo/Bawumia-led NPP government.
The maiden series took place in Koforidua on Monday 22nd July 2019 to project the achievements of the President in youth related development.
Speaking on Okay FM’s Ade Akye Abia Programme, Nana B reiterated that President Akufo Addo is a "covenant keeping president who has performed far better in every sector" that concerns the youth.
According to him, the Free SHS policy which was a major campaign promise of the NPP has been successfully rolled out with the introduction of the double tract system that has employed over 8,000 teaching and non teaching staff, coupled with the construction of 800 emergency projects to support the increasing number.
“Over 104,000 teacher trainees and 116,000 midwife and nurse trainees have also benefitted from the teacher trainees and midwife and nurse trainees respectively,” he said.
He also mentioned the support and opportunity that the National Entrepreneurship and Innovation Support Programme has created for the youth by providing financial support and entrepreneurship skills for nearly 1,500 and created at least 2,700 direct jobs and also trained 12,000 youth in various entrepreneurial programmes.
“In every single sector, President Akufo Addo has performed far far better than the NDC's 8 years,” he stressed.
