Simon Cowell may have found love - but does this mean wedding bells? Despite the pictures of the couple looking loved-up in London (and that pretty silver band on Mezhgan Hussainy's wedding finger), Simon's publicist says they haven't gotten engaged.
"I spoke to Simon in London yesterday afternoon, just before he took his flight back to LA," Max told Us Weekly. "I asked him, 'Look, are you engaged? Is it true?' and he said, 'No. No. I'm not engaged'. "Yes, they are an item. Yes, they're happy. But they're not engaged. That's straight from Simon's mouth." said Max.
Meanwhile, Simon's mum may have added fuel to the marriage rumours by innocently speaking out about her son. Talking to The Sun, Julie Cowell reportedly said: "I'm delighted that he's finally settled down. "I feel as a mother, and like all parents do, that when their sons get to a certain age, particularly 50, we want to see them settled with a good woman. "I could never really see Simon being committed like he is now. I would never have imagined that he would get married."
The couple met seven years ago while working on American Idol - and they certainly look pretty loved-up to us.
