Rejoinder: Kevin Taylor's Response To 99 Fools

We must not allow the politics of self-preservation to become part of national governance. We must also not allow deviant characters and social misfits to chart a path for us as a people.

Recent media aggression and mercenary journalism by Kevin Taylor, a self-style journalist must not be allowed to continue. His name calling of President Akufo-Addo's ’s government as 99 thieves must be very concerning to all right thinking members of society.

While the present opposition NDC is flooded with wretched comedians, their media frontmen are equally inundated with a bunch of noisy ducklings who have lost touch with true democracy and would sell their integrity to preserve their monthly stipends.

I am yet to see any of the Mahama media men take the moral high ground to reprove the growing idiocy we see in our nation’s political space. They won’t, because the free meal they enjoy far outweigh their interest in cultivating morality into national politics.

Is there any wonder why Kevin Taylor is being enabled by John Mahama to throw dust into the eyes of Ghanaians?

So Mahama is able to sponsor such a chap to label Akufo-Addo appointees as 99 fools? Indeed, we are 99 fools otherwise we wouldn't allow Mahama to get away murder while in government.

This are people who swindled the state through GYEEDA Scandal, SADA Scandal, Bus branding scandal, Mahama ‘Ford Expedition’ gift scandal, NSS Scandal, Judicial corruption scandal, Brazil 2014 fiasco, Brochure Gafe, etcetera.

Indeed, John Dramani Mahama’s tenure in office was buffeted by several scandals that have cost Ghana huge sums of money in lost revenue and, in some cases, embarrassed the country. But these are people are today calling the Akufo-Addo government as 99 fools.

Yes, we are 99 fools because we gave Mahama free pass when he handed our country's rich bauxite resources to his brother.

In my judgment, John Mahama and his enablers are a subset of criminals draped in suits to hide their criminal dispositions.

And folks like Kevin Taylor who's out there doing Mahama's hatchet job need to get it that his pay master have been more of a bane than a boon for Ghana.

I shall be back. Ernest Kofi Owusu Bempah Bonsu
