I Felt Weird Looking At My Old Pictures - Delay

As humans as we are, it is needful to always take a look back and reflect on what happened in the past. It empowers one to move forward in life.

Popular television and radio show host, Deloris Frimpong Manso, professionally known as Delay says she cannot stop thanking God for how far He has brought her as according to her, looking at some of her old pictures, makes her feel weird.

In a social media post, the successful entrepreneur said: "Memories of the years of struggle and pain scared me".

The Ghanaian Women's Advocate revealed how she use to share tears at nights for several years amidst prayers, indicating she never knew God was listening to her.

"I'm super grateful to you God. God is merciful. All those nights of tears and prayers, and He was actually listening", Delay wrote on her Twitter handle.

In the late '90s, Delay started her broadcasting career as a presenter with Life FM in Nkawkaw in the Eastern Region at the age of 17.

She later moved to Top Radio in 2005 in the capital, Accra where she worked until 2007. Taking over the mid-morning show while at Top Radio, she was later potched by the then newly established Oman FM in 2007, where she worked until 2016.

Whilst she was working with Oman FM, Delay started her own television program, "The Delay Show" in 2008 on TV3. In 2011, she wrote and produced the household television series, "Afia Schwarzenegger". Her television production company, Maxgringo Productions brought out yet another television series ''Cocoa Brown'', a story loosely based on the true-life of herself.
