Reports by a Malian website-www.afrikinfosmali.com and all related media to drag Mr Hassan Zein, a Ghanaian- businessman's name in the mud should be treated with the contempt it deserves, Crown Legal Bureau, lawyers for the businessman have said.

Last week, the online portal published a fabricated story with a stolen photo of Mr Hassan Zein aimed at attacking his personality which was used on social media by these Yemini born criminals from Mali, Mohammed Ould Ibrahim, aka Omar, Mahmoud Ould Mohammed aka Amar, Yousef Ould Ibrahim aka Sadam, Cherif al Moustapha aka Tita Suleiman Togo, Haled Ould Ibrahim aka khaled Karim Ould Ibrahim aka Abdelkarim and Mariam Mint Abdrahmane aka lnosi um Amar Nooriye.

Consequently, Justice Abdulai, Esq. Lawyer for Mr Zein has written to the Managing Editor of www.afrikinfosmali.com and all related media to this matter urgently asking them to retract and apologize for the publication, else face legal action for defamation.

Our checks indicate that, the ploy was a calculated attempt by the above named Yemenis /Malians fugitive to smear the philanthropic Ghanaian businessman.

A further probe into the matter as to what necessitated the publication suggests that Ould Gang an alleged hardened criminal succeed in bribing the writer with CFA 5m, an act the writer has admitted.

Ould Gang also referred to as Omar's reason for painting Mr Hassan black is linked to the latter's decision to expose the former in his (Omar) alleged rape and many other criminal activities which has attracted legal attention.

He has absconded ongoing severe court actions currently underway in Accra, Ghana to which an INTERPOL arrest warrant has been issued for his arrest.

He has notably, a Malian passport, a Niger passport, a Guinea (Conakry) passport, an Ivory Coast passport and an Iraqi passport, and many other nationalities,all evidently available to the lawyers and the Ghanaian journalists following closely this story in general and Omar's criminal activities in particular.

Mr Hassan Zein is an opened and readily available business figure in Ghana and around the world with companies and businesses ranging from Private Security to Real Estate, Plastic production factories to Hospitality, Sport promotion to Travel and Tours and a few more.
