Fella Makafui Replies Akuapem Poloo Over Glitz Dress

SHE has been on the case of everyone who matters but this time around, actress Rosemond Brown popularly known as Akuapem Poloo, may have bitten off more than she can chew by taking on actress, Fella Makafui.

In a recent interview with blogger, Zionfelix, Akuapem Poloo described Fella Makafui's outfit to the recently held Glitz Style Awards as kids wear.

The controversial video vixen described the YOLO star’s outfit as Kaba and slit which was inappropriate for a high fashion event like the Glitz Style Awards. “What Fella wore, kids wear it to church service. She used GHS3 material to sew kaba and slit to such a significant programme. Such a person cannot be a fashionista, she does not deserve the nomination because she does not appear on red carpets," she stated.

Never one to take things lying down, Fella Makafui has given her an appropriate response expressing her pride in flaunting an outfit from GTP on the red carpet.

In an Instagram post on Tuesday, she posted the dress and added the caption: “GTP papabi. Glad I wore one of my new collections from Fmfellamakafui. Order for your church dress now,” adding a laughing emoji.

The Glitz Style Awards seeks to strengthen the country’s growing fashion industry by establishing, developing and promoting international industry standards here in Ghana. It also serves an opportunity for the fashion industry to celebrate and promote the extraordinary creative talents in Ghana and across the African continent.

Several personalities, including actress Yvonne Okoro, musicians King Promise and M.anifest, were awarded at the 2019 edition.
