Prince Appiah Debrah Storm Church For Thanksgiving service

Prince Appiah Debrah yesterday, 6th October, 2019 joined the congregants of the Osu Ebene-Ezer Presbyterian church for a thanksgiving service.

The newly elected Parliamentary Candidate (PC) for Klottey Korley Constituency who is a member of the Osu Presbyterian church attended the service to celebrate and appreciate God for the victory in the just ended Orphan Constituency primaries.

‘The Grassroots Osu Boy’ affectionately called by party faithful together with his family members, some Constituency Executives and party activists  thank God for his mercies and seek His blessing and guidance on the journey to win the seat for the NPP in the December 2020 polls.

Addressing the congregation, the PC elect expressed his profound gratitude to God for seeing him through for successful primaries. He also appreciated all delegates, constituency executives and all party faithful for the immense support during the primaries.

At a brief ceremony after the church service, the First Vice Chair of the Constituency, Alhaji Aliu Kabe, declared that the Klottey Korle constituency is now united behind one candidate, Prince Debrah, and the executives will do everything in their power to ensure unity and work with the candidate to win the seat. Alhaji Kabe urged party members to bury their differences and also unite behind the candidate who was overwhelmingly endorsed by the delegates to win the seat for the NPP.

He said the party will not allow any factionalism in the Constituency this time around and that nobody will be allowed to stand in the way of the party winning the seat in 2020.

Mr. Prince Appiah Debrah was on Saturday elected the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) Parliamentary Candidate for the Klottey Korle Constituency to contest the 2020 general election.

Out of 811 valid votes cast, Mr. Debrah garnered 511 votes (63 per cent) to defeat his only contender in the race, Mr. Harry Harold Kwatekwei Quartey, who had 300 votes (37 per cent).
