Mike Tyson showed that age is just a number by demonstrating his incredible hand speed while handing out some boxing tips.
 
Tyson, one of the most explosive boxers ever, was giving some coaching advice as he filmed his latest Hotboxin’ podcast.

In the clip posted on his Instagram account, the American dodges and weaves before unloading with both hands, looking as dangerous as he did throughout his career.

"It's all about keeping your distance," he says to a pupil. "Stay outside of the shoulder. You know when he's here, the punches go, boom, boom, to the back of the head."
