Networking For Hope Donates To Korle Bu

The Networking for Hope Ghana Foundation has donated items worth $368,431.22 to the Ears, Nose, and Throat (ENT) unit of the Korle Bu Teaching Hospital.

The team together with some partners and Doctors from Germany and the USA made the donation of some medical supplies and equipment that were pertinent to the unit.

Among the items were; 5 Wooden Beds, 4 ICU Beds, 5 Transport Hydraulic beds, 4 Bedside Trolleys, 5 Walkers, 31 ENT Boxes, 3 Mobile bedside pan, 3 Chairs, 2 mobile bedside, leather chairs with backrest, 6 Ambu bags, 27 Laryngoscope blades, 9 Laryngoscope handles, 5 Oxygen concentrators, 6 Pairs of clutches and Quantities of hand wash tissues all estimates at a cost of $368,431.22.

Directors of the Unit were excited and grateful to Networking for Hope Ghana for their selfless and kind gesture and expressed its gratitude to the group for the presentation.

The foundation also embarked on a series of major and minor surgeries on cases from their free medical screening in certain areas of Accra.

The foundation is committed to making healthcare as accessible to all, especially the underprivileged in our communities who cannot afford basic health care services and believes in putting people first. For them, this isn’t some kind of stunt or just a donation but an expression of what they stand for; restoring hope.
