Mourinho Faces Mario Balotelli Versus Samuel Eto'o Decision

Inter coach Jose Mourinho has yet to choose whether he will start Samuel Eto'o or Mario Balotelli alongside Diego Milito against Genoa on Sunday, according to sportal.tv. Eto'o has struggled since returning from the African Cup of Nations, last scoring for Inter in a 1-0 win over Lazio on December 20 at the Giuseppe Meazza. The Cameroon international, along with Wesley Sneijder and Walter Samuel, have continued to train apart from their team-mates in order to recover from their international commitments during the week, but are all expected to take part against the Grifoni. Meanwhile, Balotelli has been in good form and was a protagonist with a goal and an assist in a 3-2 victory against Udinese last Sunday. His recent displays have prompted calls for him to be part of the Italy squad for the 2010 World Cup this summer. The Nerazzurri have a chance to extend their lead over at least one of their two main rivals, Milan and Roma, as the pair clash on Saturday at the Stadio Olimpico. They will be confident of doing so, having already thumped Genoa 5-0 at the Marassi earlier in the 2009-10 campaign.
