Veteran Musicians Call For Return Of Legends & Legacy Ball

Suddenly, the hopes of most veteran music legends in Ghana was cut short when through certain diabolic political superpowers that sought to bring organizers of the highly-patronized music awards show and its Chief Executive down, almost succeeded.

LAL Ball would usually bring the celebrants like Amakye Dede, Daddy Lumba, A.B Crentsil, Kojo Antwi to tears and goose bumps as they look on the whilst the younger generation performed their old tunes. They would afterwards be decorated with cash, gold, citations and other Goodies.

Our checks reveal that the CEO of Imajin, the organizers, Arnold Asante a pastor and a philanthropist,is likely to reintroduce the event in the coming year in collaboration with a big media house.

The likes of Nana Ampadu, Pat Thomas, Gyedu Blay Ambulley, Ben Brako, Reggie Rockstone are all in waiting to be celebrated.

Grapevine information gathered by our outfit reveal that Imajin advertising will be bouncing back with fill flight with the iconic event (Legends and Legacy Ball).

This event in the history of Ghana has been the only event that truly honoured musicians in the country, rewarding them with money, gold necklace worth 20kusd, a plaque and other citations.

The CEO of the company, having been a victim of political victimization and hard core machinations has over the last 3 years put the program on hold. However, its likely and quite predictable that in 2020, we are bound to see LAL ball celebrate a great music legend.

Arnold Kojo Asante remained tight lipped when we contacted him though.
