The Ashanti Regional Chairman of the New Patriotic Party has emphatically stated that the Presidency, will elude former President Mahama in 2020 just like American rapper Cardi B, broke the hearts of some Ghanaian celebrities.

Likening his prediction to the Cardi B's saga that left some Ghanaian celebrities disappointed when a scheduled meet and greet experience went sour, Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako noted that "Mahama will see the Presidency, but he will never occupy the seat again".

Mr. Bernard Antwi-Boasiako also known as Chairman Wontumi, explained that the good policies of the Akufo-Addo led government would go a long way to keep the NPP in power after 2020.

A tall list of Ghanaian celebrities including Wendy Shay, Hajia 4Real, Victoria Lebene, Sandra Ankobiah, Deborah Vanessa, Afia Schwarzenegger, Moesha Boduong, Becca and Lydia Forson were reportedly invited for a Meet and Greet with Cardi B at the Kempinski Hotel but she did not show up.

Instead, according to some of the aggrieved celebrities, she was chilling out by the hotel's pool.
