Texas police arrested a man on Christmas who allegedly choked his girlfriend after watching a show about infidelity.
Rudy Esparza, 36, was watching the program when he grew aggravated with his girlfriend of six years, the victim told police on Wednesday.
Fearing Esparza would assault her, the girlfriend told police that she 'curled up in a ball,' KSAT reports.
