How you can easily be sold a ‘painted laptop’ at Circle (VIDEO)
Kwame Nkrumah circle undoubtedly is the number one hub when it comes to selling and buying of electronic gadgets in Ghana.
But just as there are genuine businessmen, there are nefarious ways to get sold substandard products.
A video on Twitter by @Rvp_Clerk which shows some young men at Circle spraying old dusty second-hand computers with black paint.
The aim is to make the laptops look new to boost pricing.
