Ace actor, Ekow Smith-Asante, has confirmed some actors/actresses are using charms or “juju” to acquire movie roles from producers and directors.

The myth or perception about actors/actresses using these charms for movie roles has been in existence for a while now with concrete evidence of it, yet to be revealed.

According to the actor, some actors are so desperate that they use ‘juju’ to even get minor movie roles.

"Our elders failed us, we came in and we have failed ourselves, failed the people behind us too, unfortunately that's the truth because we are still petty and we are killing ourselves. some of them are even using 'juju'
because of small small roles."
