NPP Primaries: Ing. Afrifa Promises Community Farms As He Files Nomination At Abirem

Afosu and New Abirem were brought to its knees when Ing. Daniel Kwadwo Afrifa filed his nomination to contest the New Abirem Constituency seat on the ticket of the ruling NPP.

The self motivated and confident Engineer had to be stopped half way through the town to enable him exchange pleasantries due to the heavy crowd.

Currently pursuing LLB, the Senior Roads Engineer and a member of Ghana Institute of Engineers, Ing. Daniel Kwadwo Afrifa was optimistic the delegates will favour him to lead, contest and win the parliamentary seat on the ticket of the ruling New Patroitic Party(NPP) in the New Abirem Constituency in the Eastern Region.

Ing. Afrifa said he has what it takes to unseating the incumbent Member of Parliament and changing the face of the farming communities with innovative ideas in injecting newness into the constituency.

A section of constituency Executives, polling station Executives, sympathizers and party faithful holding placards amidst a brass band thronged the party office to file the nomination forms.

Barima Baffour Banor, the Constituency Chairman of the NPP in the New Abirem constituency thanked the candidate and his team in the manner they carried themselves.

He also praised the candidate for donating 260 bags of cement to help in the construction of constituency office.

The MP aspirant reemphasized the establishment of a fruit juice factory and the community farms and called on the people to be part of the new dawn for the people of new Abiren to develop.

He told followers and delegates to massively vote for him come 24th April to honour their call on him to contest.

475 delegates are expected to cast their votes in choosing their Parliamentary Candidate for the upcoming 2020 elections..
