The Managing Editor of the Insight newspaper, Kwesi Pratt Jnr says there is no longer a need to pray for God to deliver the country from the coronavirus pandemic because God has already answered.

He said God has already given answers to the numerous prayers and that to continue praying will be an act of ingratitude.

Mr Pratt who was commenting on the coronavirus pandemic on Peace FM's 'Kokrokoo' programme indicated: "We are often told to go and pray, but as for the prayers we have done that and God has already listened. It is now left with what we can do to make the virus go away; we’ve passed the stage of prayer".

"God has given us scientists and other doctors; is that not an answer to our prayers? Science is already an answer from God, and that is where we need to look at otherwise we are being ungrateful to God. Let's work with science," he urged.
