Some 143 persons have so far died from coronavirus in Nigeria.

This is according to the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC).

In a tweet on Sunday night, May 10, 2020, the Centre says 248 new confirmed cases were recorded, increasing Nigeria’s cases to 4,399.

Some 778 persons have been discharged as well.
