Omni Group Of Companies Presents Items To Noguchi Memorial Institute For Medical Research
Mr. Michael Zormelo, the Managing Director of Omni Group of Companies, has presented 10,000 COVID-19 rapid diagnostic test kits, 5,000 nose masks and 10 temperature guns to the Noguchi Memorial Institute for Medical Research to fight against the COVID-19.
He said the rapid diagnostic test has been approved by the United States of America's Food and Drugs Authority (FDA) and is being used in 38 countries around the world.
He also called on the businesses and corporate institutions to complement the government's efforts to fight the COVID-19.
He stated that everybody is responsible to help fight COVID-19.
He said, they will continue to assist in whatever way they can to help fight COVID-19.
The Director of the Noguchi Memorial Research (NMIMR), Professor Abraham Kwabena Anang expressed his appreciation to Omni Speciality Products for the donations.
He said before the rapid diagnostic test kits would be put to use, they would be evaluated based on international standards.
