Counselor Lutterodt’s Apology Not Enough - Tina Muulikaa

Entertainment Pundit, Tina Muulikaa says Counselor George Lutterodt should be banned from appearing on TV and radio programmes in the country.

Tina Muulikaa made this call during a panel discussion on Peace FM's 'Entertainment Review' programme.

Counselor George Lutterodt has been under intense barrage of criticisms for making disparaging comments about rape victims.

He is quoted as saying rape victims enjoy the act when raped and argued some even reach orgasm.

Celebrities like Nana Aba Anamoah, Juliet Ibrahim, Sister Deborah and Lydia Forson including the Minister for Gender, Cynthia Morrison and Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah among others have all condemned the statements of Counselor Lutterodt.

“Rape and violence against women are not something we should joke or toy with. We need to develop a more robust environment for protecting our wives, daughters, sisters, and mothers,” the Information Minister said on his twitter handle.

Speaking to host Akwasi Aboagye, Tina Muulikaa called on media owners and authorities to ban the Counselor.

“I think we should stop him for awhile . . . Let's be honest, the apology is not enough,” she said.
