The Regional Minister who has been an ardent critic of the Mahama administration says based on the track record of the NDC flagbearer he has nothing to offer in his second coming.
You can call him a doomsday prophet or a soothsayer, but Kwamena Duncan contributing to a panel discussion on Peace FM's morning show 'Kokrokoo' says Mahama will never be President of Ghana again.
" . . Former President Mahama . . . he will continue to remain so for the rest of his life," he predicted.
