Ghana’s COVID-19 Cases Fall: 153 New Cases, 2,007 Active Cases

Ghana has recorded another low figure in its number of COVID-19 new and active cases.

Per updates on the official website of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), 153 new cases have been recorded as of 10 August 2020 with 2,007 active cases.

The total cumulative figures are 41,725.

The number of recoveries/discharge stands at 39,495 and the number of deaths remains 223.

Meanwhile, the GHS says four out of the 16 regions in Ghana do not have any active cases as of August 12, 2020.

The regions are Upper West, Upper East, Savannah and North East regions.
