The National Organizer of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Sammy Awuku says the survival of every political party depends on the youth.

He said the youth are very unique and always considers them anytime he decides to make a major decision in his political career.

Speaking on Citi FM’s “Point of View”, Sammy Awuku iterated that; “I represent NPP as a young person graduating from the youth wing of our party to becoming National Organizer . . . ”

“ . . Anytime a decision will have to be made, I don’t think just like NPP but I also think about the young people as well, and for every political party your survival depends on the youth of your country because they can be reliable and also unreliable,” he said.

He said the youth can be constructive and be destructive depending on how they are properly managed.

“The youth must find you as sympathetic align and must find in you a trusted companion. So that is how you are able to bring people from the other side  who do not necessarily belong to your party to campaign for your candidate and cast their vote for your candidate," he added.
