There's an Akan adage, in its literal translation, goes to say ''disgrace doesn't befit the son of Akan land'' which is to advise a person to avoid disgrace and this adage specifically applies to ace Sports journalist, Dan Kwaku Yeboah.

Dan Kwaku Yeboah, a die-hard supporter of Barcelona, has taken an exit from his number 1 soccer team, at least that's what it seems after Saturday's exciting match by Liverpool FC fans in Ghana.

Dan K, as he is popularly called, can be said to have defected from his team to join ''The Reds''.

The multi-awarded Head of Sports at Peace FM seemingly denounced his membership on Saturday during a fan match between Liverpool fans comprising Chief Executive Officers of Despite and Special Groups of Companies, Dr. Kwame Osei (Despite) and Dr. Ernest Ofori Sarpong respectively, broadcaster Abeiku Santana and others, and Adabraka FC at East Legon Executive Fitness Club.

The match ended 1-0 with Liverpool emerging the victor.

Dan Kwaku Yeboah's association with Liverpool is due to the humiliating defeat of Barcelona by Bayern Munich which scored Messi's team 8 goals to 2 in this year's UEFA Champions League.

Dan K is now officially a Liverpool supporter and member of the Liverpool Association of Ghana.

Congratulatory messages have begun to trickle in in their numbers for Dan K for happily joining Liverpool and easing himself from the disgrace that Barcelona has caused him and its many supporters across the world.
