Police officers in Ghana have been advised to limit their sexual urges ahead of the 2020 Elections.

According to the Accra Region Commander of the Ghana Police Service, DCOP Afful Boakye-Yiadom, cutting down on sex would provide the officers with the required energy to police the upcoming presidential and parliamentary elections.

“Control yourselves, we all need the energy to work during the elections. I, therefore, advise all of you to eat well, reduce your sexual rounds...," DCOP Boakye-Yiadom said to rapturous applause from Police officers.

"For you to get (the) energy to work well before, during and after 2020 elections".
