The Patriotic Gents, a group within the New Patriotic Party (NPP), has cautioned the opposition NDC to stop photoshopping their campaign placards ahead of the December 7 elections.
The group's Communication Director, Kwabena Berma Pobi, in a statement copied to Peacefmonline.com, offered to coach the NDC if they lack campaign strategies.
''The Patriotic Gents, a proud gallant Gentlemen’s group of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) a Party of democratic tenets and believe in the spirit of fair competition observes with sadness the trend the NDC’s so called People’s manifesto campaign for the 2020 elections seems to be going down the gutters, leading to desperate unprofessional tactics out of frustration. The NDC seems to be following and monitoring the NPP’s Leading Tactics to copy and trying without success to lie, edit, scheme, etc about everything without any new act of their own.
''The NDC after all the shouts and boasting to match the NPP boot for boot has suddenly thrown their unproductive campaign strategies away and now resorted to NPP’s Artwork editing, Name calling, Insults, Scheming, lies baking in a dilapidated kitchen of a political party etc. The NPP was hopeful for real competition in this campaign due to their principle for fair competition but as it stands now it is obvious the NDC Campaign has come to an end at a time when the NPP was just warming up yet to take off.
''The Patriotic Gents is aware the NDC has been shaken to the core by the surprise works of the Gents Fraternity and its untenable impact so far which is messing the earlier damages uncastrated by the NDC in various constituencies nationwide and even making major additional gains'', portions of the statement read.

EVIDENCE OF AN NDC 2020 FAILED CAMPAIGN It is said that He whom the Gods wants to disgrace, they first make mad. It is also a saying that actions speak louder than words so there are a lot of failed actions of the NDC lately and sadly making them the least sized opponent and making the NPP look like an oversized competition to the NDC to contend with.

This sadly evident as a photoshop version of one of the Placards the Patriotic Gents Campaign Team at Madina on Saturday the 19th of September used has become the only campaign material of the NDC this long whole NPP Productive weekend and trending on almost all NDC Platforms, NDC DPs and Social Media handles. Sad to note because it gives the impression how misled the NDC multitude could be in this day and age.
The Patriotic Gents is aware the NDC has been shaken to the core by the surprise works of the Gents Fraternity and its untenable impact so far which is messing the earlier damages uncastrated by the NDC in various constituencies nationwide and even making major additional gains.
Refreshingly, we will want to call the NDC’s attention to the fact that, 16 constituencies nationwide had major Patriotic Gents campaign activities this past weekend alone, as such their defaming/editing for just one placard out of the lot that was exhibited at the Madina campaign alone cannot wash. Rather we will advise them to leave the social media noise and come back on the grounds where we usually meet and not throw in the towel this early to rather shift to the noise making on social media and other platforms because we believe in fair competition and the work on the ground. They are surprised that we are not just gentlemen but also streetwise and ground bulldozers.
The Patriotic Gents wish to advise our NDC friends to come for coaching so we can compete fairly and not give up and resort to noise to keep face. The Patriotic Gents Fraternity is in no competition, rather in a class of our own and not interested in the Pump, Pageantry and ugly noise -making Organic Following last rather than artificial.
The Fraternity believes that the work is on the ground and about the people, the ground is also a fair judge and one will surely know their smoothness level rather than fake marketing stunts and noise. There is a sure reason the Patriotic Gents is currently the largest Volunteer Group in Ghana and not just the NPP although it is only two years old.
The Patriotic Gents wishes to caution once again the NDC, that just as their hope for the ill health of Nana Addo for their victory chances has fallen flat by God’s grace by making Nana Addo even stronger by the day, Same shall their hope for killing the Patriotic Gents Fraternity and our works that they can’t comprehend and the agenda has been poorly served in a cracked plate , We are proud to note that they are scared of this group that is growing stronger by day and better by day because God is our shield and the battle is still the Lord’s.
