It Is Reckless And Irresponsible To Blame Gov't For Secessionists Attack - Enam Hadzide Slams Asiedu Nketia
The Deputy Information Minister, Pius Enam Hadzide says it is very irresponsible and reckless for anybody to blame the government for the unlawful activities of the secessionist group.
According to him, these activities of the group are scandalous and must not be entertained let alone blame the government for such a reasonable act of violence.
Speaking on Okay FM's 'Ade Akye Abia' programme, he explained that so what is the logic in it to allow a group of scrupulous individuals destroy government property and disturb the peace and stability of the country and later use state funds to restore the same peace that has been destroyed by the same government.
Anybody who decides to blame the government for this childish act is irresponsible and does not even know the history of this country.
"I will beg the General Secretary of the NDC, Mr. Johnson Asiedu Nketia to go back and read his history because if he really remembers history I don't think he will make those remarks he did to blame the government for that dastardly act of the Volta secessionist group," he added.
He added that the government will deal ruthlessly with individuals or groups of persons who have decided to do things that will affect and undermine the peace Ghana and everyone is enjoying.
