Chairman Abronye Starts Retail Campaign In Bono Region

As part of strategic and innovative ways to reach out to electorates ahead of the December 7 general elections the New Patriotic Party in the Bono Region led by Kwame Baffoe Abronye has kick start a retail campaign across the region.

The move involves spending a day in a constituency visiting at least three communities, organise rallies, interacting with people in their homes, in the markets, food joints, streets among others.

Chairman Abronye in his remarks said the retail campaign formed part of the party’s agenda to ensure unity and cohesion at the grassroots level of the party as well as ensuring that every electorate becomes aware of and fully understands the policies of the NPP administration.

He added that, Nana Akufo-Addo’s administration achievements in the last three years have brought relief to the citizenry unlike the eight years of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) government of former President John Mahama.

To this point he said, President Akufo-Addo introduced programmes including the Free Senior High School, One District One Factory, Planting for Food and Jobs and Community Police Assistants, among others which were enhancing the lives of the people.

Joining him for the tour were, the Regional Secretary Kofi Ofosu Boateng, Second Vice chairperson Doris Asoma, Deputy Organizer Kofi Darko, Financial Secretary Mr Henry Oppong, Communications Director Asare Bediako, Professor Tina Abrefa-Gyan Regional Campaign Team Member and other high profile individuals.

The areas they visited were Biadan, Senase, Namasua and it's environs all in the Berekum East Constituency.

The Parliamentary candidate for the Constituency Mr Nelson Kyeremeh on his part appealed to the people to give him the mandate on December 07, to lead them to bring massive development to the Constituency.
