The Cape Coast High Court has restrained Mr. James Quayson, NDC Member of Parliament-Elect for the Assin North Constituency from presenting himself to be sworn in on 7th January or carry himself as MP Elect.
Dennislaw Media reported thatthe court has further ordered that the clerk to parliament should be served with its order with immediate effect.
