COVID-19 Is Real In Ghana; Our Attitude Must Change - George Andah To Ghanaians

Former Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West, George Andah has advised Ghanaians not to toy with the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to him, the disease is not something to joke with as it has claimed many lives and affected a mammoth population.

George Andah admonished the citizenry to keep abiding by the health protocols regarding the prevention of the pandemic disease.

"Our attitude must change. If we don’t change our attitude and the situation gets out of hand, we won’t be able to control it . . . COVID-19 is real. COVID-19 is here in Ghana. Let’s protect ourselves," he stated.

He further dismissed allegations that the government is massaging the COVID-19 cases.

He stressed that the figures being recorded are real and no person or health authority has tampered with them.

"What will government gain by massaging the figures and not tell the truth? There’s nothing for the government to gain," he told sit-in host Nana Yaw Kesseh on Peace FM's ''Kokrokoo''.
