Election Petition: Supreme Court Strikes Out Portions Of Rojo Mettle-Nunoo's Witness Statement
The Supreme Court (SC) has struck out some portions of Rojo Mettle Nunoo's witness statement.
The paragraphs are 4,5,6,7 and 18 out of 23 requested by lead counsel for President Nana Akufo-Addo, the first respondent, Akoto Ampaw.
The remaining paragraphs have been maintained.
Cross-examination of Rojo Mettle Nunoo will take place on Monday remotely via video link.
Meanwhile, two witnesses of the petitioner: Johnson Asiedu Nketiah and Dr Kpessa-Whyte have already been cross-examined.
